Prior to 2013, fireworks displays at El Paso Speedway Park, El Paso, TX, were limited to consumer grade products. Necessary permits were obtained for the is July 5, 2013 show to include some commercial grade shells, although not the larger types that are traditionally used at Southern New Mexico Speedway shows. Having said that, this was the best fireworks show I've seen at this facility in the years that I've been recording races there.
